• Payment information (processed directly by Stripe — we never see or store your card details)

• Your business context is used to tailor the analysis and recommendations in your report
• Your email is used to deliver your report and send order-related communications
• We do not use your information for marketing without your consent
• We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own purposes

Third-Party Services

To deliver your report, your data passes through the following services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
• Railway — secure server infrastructure
• n8n — workflow automation (runs on our private Railway server)
• Firecrawl — web scraping of the competitor URL you provide
• Google Gemini — AI analysis of scraped content

Confidentiality

Your business context, competitive research, and the resulting report are treated as confidential. We do not share your strategic information with third parties, other customers, or use it to train AI models.

Data Retention

Workflow execution logs, which may include submitted form data and report content, are automatically deleted after 14 days. Your email address may be retained for longer to fulfill your order and respond to support requests.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at hello@getrivel.com. We will respond within 30 days.
