Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing a report from Rivel ("we", "us", or "our") at getrivel.com. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
The Service
Rivel provides AI-generated competitive intelligence reports ("Reports") delivered as PDF documents to your email address. Each purchase covers a single Report for a single competitor URL.
Delivery
Reports are typically delivered within 5-10 minutes of form submission. Delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the competitor's website. If your report has not arrived within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder and contact us at hello@getrivel.com.
Refunds and Reruns
Because Reports are generated and delivered automatically, we do not offer refunds once a Report has been delivered. If your Report contains a technical error — for example, the wrong competitor was analyzed or the document is corrupted — we will rerun the analysis at no charge. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Acceptable Use
By submitting a competitor URL, you confirm that:
- •You are submitting a publicly accessible website
- •You are using the Report for lawful competitive research purposes only
- •You will not resell, redistribute, or publish the Report without our written consent
Accuracy and Disclaimer
Reports are generated using AI analysis of publicly available website content. While we aim to provide accurate and useful intelligence, Reports represent AI-generated analysis and not professional consulting advice. We make no guarantees regarding the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any Report. You use the information in your Report at your own discretion and risk.
Intellectual Property
Each Report is licensed to you for your own internal business use. You may share it within your organization but may not resell, republish, or distribute it externally without our written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rivel's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the Report in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rivel operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
